- Alarm box with all the alarm indicators, wiring and software checking.
- Firefighting system, FM200 or CO2 or manual extinguishers, system pipes and electrical wires,
nozzles, smoke detectors, bottle holder - All other alarms & firefighting system components that directly or indirectly related to their proper operation according to OEM’s and SOP instructions.
ELECTRICAL POWER DISTRIBUTION & CONTROL BOARDS, SWITCHGEARS
- All electrical boards either power distribution or power control, including MCB panel, fuses, miniature CB, timers, relays.
- All the power and control panels vital contents (all circuit breaker types, miniature CBs, fuses, timers, relays, cables, wire connections, connectors, contactors, auxiliaries, indicators, instruments, cable trays.
- Selector switches, push buttons
- Entire electrical and/or control Boards or panels if required.
- Groundings, Obi Light, Lightning arrestors (All grounding systems a lightening system with all accessorizes and connections).
- All other electrical power distribution and controlling components directly or indirectly related to the proper operation according to OEM’s and SOP instructions.
HVAC EQUIPMENT
- HVAC equipment this include, split units, window type, counter or stand type, ceiling type, wall type, floor type, packages.
- Thermostats.
- A/C changeover devices and controller boards.
- Thermal Sensors.
- Air conditioner power supply, contactors, timers, relays, connectors, cables, fuses, overloads, control cables, sensing cables, A/C controllers and auto start, IC cards.
- All other cooling and heating components which are directly or indirectly related to the proper operation of these equipment according to OEM’s and SOP instructions.
SITE FACILITY AND GUARD ROOM FOR TELECOM SITES
- All Guard’s room electrical assets and electrical switches, plugs, refrigerator, heaters.
- Projector lights, light bulbs, fluorescent lights, switches, plugs, wires, cables, connections, connectors.
- Sewage and plumbing installations, piping’s & fixtures including water tanks, plastering, painting, doors & windows (including handles and glasses), roofing.
- Guard house roofing, walls. ..etc
- Equipment’s canopy, Generators set canopy.
- Site fences, Gates & Back fillings.
- Shelter body, door, feeder windows.
- Cable ladders, trenches.
- All other facility and civil work which are directly or indirectly impact the site power, equipment cooling including health & safety according to the OEM’s and SOP instructions.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
All filters types, heating switches and oil shall be provided by FASTLINK or pay for the spare parts.
